School Morning Routine

Every school day in Kenya begins the same way: the sound of alarm clocks, the smell of tea or porridge in the kitchen, and the rush to put on a clean uniform. For students, the first hour after waking up is precious. Making your bed, washing your face, eating something—even just a slice of bread or a banana—and packing your bag the night before can turn a stressful morning into a calm one.

When learners arrive at school on time, they settle into class before the first bell, greet their friends, and feel ready to listen. A late start, on the other hand, often leads to a scattered mind. So try this tomorrow: wake up fifteen minutes earlier, say a short prayer or positive affirmation, and walk into school with your head high. Small habits make a big difference
